30-Day Hassle-Free Returns

We want you to love your Bench Collect purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return your item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items may be new or gently used.

Free Return Shipping

Returns are free. Contact us at hello@benchcollect.com with your order number, and once your return is approved we'll email you a prepaid shipping label to print and attach to your package. Returns are accepted by mail. There are no restocking fees.

Prefer a different case? We're happy to exchange it instead. Just let us know when you contact us.

Damaged or Defective Items

Every order is carefully inspected and securely packaged before shipment to help ensure it arrives in excellent condition. If your order arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the issue. We'll work quickly to make it right.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund is issued to your original payment method within 5 business days.
